Grilled Angus Sirloin Beef Bucatini with Alfredo Sauce

Grilled Angus Sirloin Beef Bucatini with Alfredo Sauce

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 4

Indulge in Benya’s 747 Thai-Italian fusion with tender grilled Angus sirloin, infused with Thai marinade, paired with creamy Alfredo sauce over bucatini pasta. Complemented by Chef’s B747 veggie medley (bell peppers, onion)  this dish is a bold, healthy delight for special occasions.

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Beef:
In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp olive oil, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, garlic, chili flakes, and Thai basil. Coat the Angus sirloin and let marinate for 10 minutes (or up to 1 hour in the fridge for deeper flavor).
  2. Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add bucatini and cook per package instructions (about 8-10 minutes for al dente). Drain and set aside.
  3. Grill the Beef:
Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high. Grill the marinated sirloin for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare (or to desired doneness). Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
  4. Make the Alfredo Sauce:
In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in organic milk and heavy cream, simmering for 3-4 minutes. Gradually add Parmesan, stirring until smooth. Season with sea salt and black pepper.
  5. Cook Vegetables:
Add Chef’s B747 vegetable medley (bell peppers, onion)  to the Alfredo sauce. Cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Combine:
Toss the cooked bucatini in the Alfredo sauce with vegetables. Add sliced grilled sirloin (and extra protein if desired). Heat through for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Garnish & Serve:
Plate the dish, garnish with fresh Thai basil leaves and optional chili flakes for extra heat. Serve immediately for a Thai-Italian fusion feast.

 Tips

  • Customize: Swap sirloin for chicken, shrimp, or tofu. Adjust spice with chili flakes or add extra protein for a heartier meal.
  • Gluten-Free: Use gluten-free bucatini for dietary needs.
  • Dairy-Free: Substitute cream and milk with coconut milk for a Thai-inspired twist.
  • Pairing: Enjoy with Benya’s 747 iced Stumptown coffee or taro boba tea.

Allergen Info Contains dairy (Alfredo sauce), gluten (unless substituted), and shellfish (if shrimp added). Nut-free. Specify allergies when ordering from Benya’s 747 or recreating at home.
